Registration Opens April 1, 2025 at 7:00 AM (Alberta time)
Important: The test registration process is governed by NAVHDA International and has now moved completely online. No paper submissions will be accepted. If your dog’s registration is incomplete at the time of your test application, you will not be able to complete the registration process.
- Register Your Dog – All test registrations are handled through NAVHDA.org. You must first register your dog on the website before proceeding with test registration.
- Ensure Your NAVHDA International Membership is Current – You must have an active 2025 NAVHDA International membership before you can register for a test. If you haven’t renewed yet, you can do so on the NAVHDA website.
- Sign Up for a Test – Once your dog is registered and your membership is current, you can sign up for a test through the Members Portal on NAVHDA.org.
- Complete Payment – Once I have confirmed your registration, you will have 48 hours to complete payment of your test fees via the Wildrose club portal:

ELIGIBILITY
• Owners (or at least one owner of co-owned dogs) and any handler must be current NAVHDA International members to enter a test and run a dog.
• No handler may run more than two dogs in the Wildrose NAVHDA test.
• All dogs must be registered with NAVHDA. Only the dog registered for the test can participate, and no substitutions will be allowed.
• All registrants are required to volunteer for a half-day during the test weekend when they are not testing their dog. Keep this in mind as you plan your weekend.
REFUNDS
No entry fees will be refunded except for a medical condition backed up by a doctor’s or veterinarian’s note.
An entry is only official once the Test Secretary has received notification of your entry from NAVHDA Int and when full payment for your test spot has been received. The Test Secretary will contact those with test spots. If you have yet to be contacted about a spot in our test, consider yourself on our waitlist.
Running orders will be assigned the week leading up to the test.
By submitting a payment for the Wildrose NAVHDA test you have applied for, you accept and agree to be bound by all these terms and conditions.
